Glow Cart Pty Ltd ("Patchmi", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through patchmi.com and patchmi.com.au, how we use it, and your rights, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect. When you browse, order, or subscribe to updates, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address; order history and product preferences; and technical information like your IP address, browser type and how you interact with our Site (via cookies and similar technology). We don't collect or store your full payment card details — these are handled directly by our payment processor.

How we use it. We use your information to process and deliver orders and subscriptions, provide customer support, send you order and account updates, send marketing communications where you've opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time), improve and secure our Site, and meet our legal obligations.

Who we share it with. We share information with the third parties that help us run Patchmi — our ecommerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, shipping and logistics carriers, and email/SMS marketing providers — only as needed to provide their service to us. We don't sell your personal information. Some of these providers may store or process data on servers located overseas.

Cookies. We use cookies to keep the Site working properly, remember your cart and preferences, and understand how the Site is used. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may not work as well as a result.

Data security. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, though no online system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

Your rights. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@patchmi.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Children's privacy. Patchmi's Site is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Complaints. If you have a concern about how we've handled your personal information, contact us first at hello@patchmi.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
