Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from when they're placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

We currently ship within Australia. 

Standard shipping — $9.00 AUD (free on orders over $75 AUD). 2–5 business days to metro areas, 3–7 business days to regional areas.

Delivery timeframes are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order, and can be affected by carrier delays outside our control. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we're not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly, though we'll always try to help sort it out.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at info@patchmi.com with your order number and we'll look into it.
