Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of patchmi.com and patchmi.com.au (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. The Site is operated by Glow Cart Pty Ltd ("Patchmi", "we", "us", "our"), Level 1, 63-73 Ann Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010, Australia. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Using the Site. You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only, and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in a way not intended by us.

Products and pricing. We try to describe and price our products accurately, but errors can happen. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise, and we reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before an order is confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — if we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.

Orders and payment. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we do not store your full payment card details.

Important product information. Patchmi patches are topical wellness products, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They have not been evaluated by the Therapeutic Goods Administration. Always read the product packaging and "How to use" information before applying a patch. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have an underlying health condition, speak with a healthcare professional before use. Discontinue use and remove the patch if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children. For external use on skin only.

Subscribe & Save. Subscription orders renew automatically at your chosen frequency until paused, skipped or cancelled. You can manage your subscription at any time from your account.

Intellectual property. All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos and images — belongs to Glow Cart Pty Ltd or its licensors and may not be used without our permission.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Patchmi is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted on this page.
